School League Final ‘23

Congratulations to Team D on being crowned School League Champions 2023! Both teams treated spectators to wonderful displays of talent, showcasing their skills & utilising their bench to great effect. There could only be one winner however but Team E fought gallantly to the better end. Credit to all players & to both Captains, who led their teams with distinction.

After the presentation of runners up trophies, winners trophies & then the Tom Morley Perpetual Cup to our winning captain, medals were given out in special areas for the first time. The medals were awarded for: Best Supporter, Super Sub, Good Sportsmanship, Leadership & Best Newcomer.

The School League is the jewel in the crown of our school’s GAA history. We are so proud of its long standing tradition and it was lovely to see so many past pupils return to witness today’s proceedings.
